Office to accommodate 120 workstations in open plan and 12 Director’s offices, reception area, boardroom, meeting room facilities, break out areas and canteen.
ODS services included space planning, overall design, furniture & finishes selection, and co-ordination of various sub-contractors.
The brief included the requirement to deliver a high spec design to meet the corporate identity the European President wished to achieve.
