New office building over four floors to accommodate over 500 workstations, senior managers and directors offices, meeting rooms, boardrooms, conference facilities for 70 people, break out areas and staff restaurant.
The main entrance from street level is in existing railway arches, a combined solution between design and engineering.
ODS services included space utilisation surveys, space planning, overall design, furniture and finishes selection, procurement co-ordination and co-ordination of various sub-contractors.
